Initial results of 2008 Salary Survey

Since we launched the 2008 Salary Survey in our last issue, more than 461 procurement professionals have participated. 58% of the respondents were male and 199 (guess..?) females. 69% of people had more than 10 years of experience in procurement. Of these 52 were CPO’s (Chief Procurement Officers)…

and indicated below along with other roles as indicated below which forms a good base upon which to base results.

An interesting question was the % of the last salary review. Very interesting to note the number of people who had increases beyond 20%..

We’ve decided to extend the survey a bit so that we can get more than 1000 procurement professionals to complete it…
