To oversee key Supply Enablement functions, including strategic planning, policy development and governance within Supply, and to be accountable for inventory planning/ management, as well as the successful delivery of all Enablement-related initiatives within Supply. R60K – R50K CTC per month, Johannesburg CBD, Roodepoort, Randburg & Sandton.
In addition, the Supply Enablement Lead is required to monitor the performance and compliance of the Supply function, and implement corrective actions where required. The Supply Enablement Lead will also need to monitor the service levels and KPIs of end-users, suppliers, to ensure adherence to legal and company requirements. The Supply Enablement Lead will also need to analyse, design and manage the implementation of enhancements to processes within Supply.
Skills Required
- Mining supply chain experience at management level
- Project management experience
- People development and management experience
- Metrics definition, analysis and implementation experience
- Service management experience
- Extensive 1SAP experience
- Relevant degree/ tertiary qualification
- Post Grad: MBA, MBL, MSc
