Tender & Contracts Office Administrator - Mosselbay - R170k
Provides an administrative service to the Tender and Procurement Office to ensure that the tender process is efficient, fair and transparent at PetroSA.
Responsibilities / Outputs
• Tender Administration & reporting
• The receiving and logging of requests
• Receiving and distributing tender documents
• The receiving and controlling of tender deposits
• Managing deadlines
• Opening tenders
• Liaison with suppliers
• Managing advertisements
• Administration of the procurement website
• Secretariat of the Procurement Committee – This function is responsible for the efficient running of the Procurement Committees and includes the preparation of all application packs, agendas, taking minutes etc.
• Assisting in cross result areas etc.
• Database Administration - will assist with the evaluation and accreditation of suppliers.
Qualifications
• Post Matric Qualification. A National Diploma will be an added advantage.
Experience
• 3 Years experience in a similar environment.
Other (added advantage skills)
• Strong administrative skills
• Strong MS Office Skills
• Strong project management skills
