Procurement Transformation Team for Mining House

This leading mining conglomerate embarked on an ambitious supply chain project, aimed at reducing operating costs while increasing production. The initial stage of the project involved transforming the procurement operations throughout the group. Tech-Pro was called in to assist with the resourcing of the new procurement teams, along with five other national and international recruitment firms. Strenuous case study and psychometric testing procedures were used to select twelve candidates from over 300 applications over a six month period. Of the twelve candidates placed, eight were from Tech-Pro Personnel.
