  • An insight into the latest guidelines issued by the Accountant General.
  • Knowledge of contract terminology and how to effectively apply it.
  • Insight into the essential aspects of sound contract management.
  • An understanding of why public bodies are referred to as 'creatures of statute' and are bound by the rule of law. i.e. when may public officers apply the usual rules of contract and when are they bound to apply the statutory provisions.
  • Insight into the ramifications of contracting service providers, suppliers and vendors and binding them to enforceable service level agreements.
  • Selected legal case studies and how public organisations can apply the outcomes and lessons learned - the best practice!
