Materials Manager – Mining – R650K
Our client, a leading supplier to the mining industry, urgently needs to recruit a seasoned expert in materials management. They are currently redoing their global supply chain strategy, and due to internal movements, they currently sit without someone to control and manage their inbound and outbound supply chain. This person therefore needs to hit the ground running, and ensure that the company’s buy, move and store functions operate effectively and efficiently as soon as possible.
They are loosing thousands of rands daily, and therefore this person must be used to working under extreme pressure and short deadlines to stop this pattern in its tracks! In the medium term, the successful candidate will more than likely find a place for themselves within the new supply chain structure, especially as you would have made a name for yourself fixing the mess!
