Major flaws exposed in Bay property valuation - A supplier question
[The Herald, Johannesburg, 19 March 2008] - MAJOR flaws have been revealed in Nelson Mandela Bay's controversial property valuation.
Claims have emerged of under- qualified valuators being used and up to 800 properties being valued twice - with widely differing results.
