Hollard appoints INCE as SMS provider for Print Services
Yogan Naidu, Commodity Manager at Hollard said he expects the SMS solution to streamline Hollard’s print spend and provide meaningful management information regarding print spend within the company, which to-date has been unavailable owed to the fragmentation of Hollard’s spend across business units.
Preliminary proof-of-concept projects have shown savings in excess of 40% against Hollard’s current process and procurement methods.
“Hollard anticipates significant savings from implementing the SMS,” said Naidu.
When assessing the market for print management experts Hollard chose INCE for their significant experience and track record in the print industry, said Naidu.
Appointed INCE account managers will be on site at Hollard advising the insurance group on reducing print costs, avoiding unnecessary wastage and improving processes.
“While a Print Management System is an important part of the solution, the SMS that INCE offers is more crucial to affect the necessary changes we need,” said Naidu.
INCE has provided outsourced print services for over 20 years. Bennett said that one of the keys to INCE’s long standing client relationship is trust.
“INCE fosters a transparency that attracts and retains customers. We are one of few print management company that shares our detailed management accounts with our clients. This assures them that they are receiving a cost effective service and that they are in control of the value proposition on offer,” said Bennett.
Transparency is the only way to ensure that the client’s interests are kept at the heart of the relationship, Concluded Bennett.
